When you use our website, we may process limited technical information (such as IP address, timestamps and device/browser details) to keep the site secure, prevent abuse, and ensure reliable delivery.

- To respond to employer requests and provide a shortlist plan, timeline and next steps.
- To respond to candidate applications and explore suitable job opportunities.
- To communicate with you regarding your message/request.
